Oat flour pancakes

Coconut oil (2 Tab.spoons) into sifted Oat Flour, +a little baking powder/soda
Beat 2 eggs, add Buttermilk or (yogurt/milk)
+ a little vanilla (agave)
Thick batter like porridge.
Cook on griddle/frying pan in some coconut oil
I double decker or slather single with blyberry Yogurt/ berries/Agave

next, I make with Jalapeno, Garlic, Cilantro, Ha,ha Healthy

    (used 1 teaspoon dry yeast instead og baking soda/powder)
    They were great the next day as well with yogurt & berries, or salmon onions,Greek yogurt.
    Easy,,, a real Healthy Treat.
