fresh and tasty lettuce wraps
ingredients:
2 avocados
1/2 onion chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
salt to taste
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)
1 head of romaine lettuce or kale
preparation:
in a bowl mash together with a fork: avocados, chopped onions, lime juice, salt and cilantro.
place a tablespoon of the mixture on the lettuce or kale. roll up the lettuce or kale. arrange on a plate. great for appetizers.
